By using İstanbul Cepte / Welcome to Istanbul you agree to these terms. They apply together with Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA).
The service
The app is a guide with public transport, places, food and an AI assistant. We work to keep it accurate but it is provided "as is".
Information may be wrong
- Timetables, live arrivals, routes, fares, opening hours and prices come from public sources and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Plan extra time.
- AI answers and translations can contain mistakes. Allergen and dietary information is not medical advice: always ask the restaurant if you have an allergy.
- Walking, driving and taxi guidance is a suggestion. Follow traffic rules and signs, and stay aware of your surroundings.
Subscriptions
- Some features (such as the AI assistant) need a paid subscription or a free trial, depending on your App Store country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, and no uploading of unlawful photos or content.
Content
Photos and texts of places carry the credits shown in the app. The app and its design belong to the developer. Photos you submit may be shown in the app once approved, and you confirm that you took them.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses caused by missed vehicles, wrong information or interrupted service.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

İstanbul Cepte'yi kullanarak bu şartları kabul edersiniz. Şartlar Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) ile birlikte geçerlidir.
Hizmet
Uygulama toplu taşıma, yerler, yemek ve yapay zekâ asistanı sunan bir rehberdir. Doğru tutmaya çalışırız ancak "olduğu gibi" sunulur.
Bilgiler yanlış olabilir
- Sefer saatleri, canlı varışlar, rotalar, ücretler, çalışma saatleri ve fiyatlar herkese açık kaynaklardan gelir; gecikmeli, eksik veya yanlış olabilir. Fazladan süre bırakın.
- Yapay zekâ yanıtları ve çeviriler hata içerebilir. Alerjen ve beslenme bilgisi tıbbi tavsiye değildir: alerjiniz varsa mutlaka restorana sorun.
- Yürüyüş, araç ve taksi yönlendirmesi bir öneridir. Trafik kurallarına ve işaretlere uyun, çevrenize dikkat edin.
Abonelikler
- Bazı özellikler (yapay zekâ asistanı gibi) App Store ülkenize göre ücretli abonelik veya ücretsiz deneme gerektirir.
- Ödeme Apple Kimliğinizden alınır. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse kendiliğinden yenilenir. iPhone Ayarlar › adınız › Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
- İadeleri Apple yürütür.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Hizmeti kötüye kullanmayın: otomatik veri çekme, hizmeti bozma veya aşırı yükleme girişimi ve yasa dışı fotoğraf ya da içerik yüklemek yasaktır.
İçerik
Yerlerin fotoğraf ve metinleri uygulamada gösterilen kaynakları taşır. Uygulama ve tasarımı geliştiriciye aittir. Gönderdiğiniz fotoğraflar onaylandıktan sonra uygulamada gösterilebilir; bunları sizin çektiğinizi onaylarsınız.
Sorumluluk
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, kaçırılan araçlar, yanlış bilgi veya kesilen hizmetten doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz.
Değişiklikler ve hukuk
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; en son sürümü yukarıdaki tarih gösterir. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
